Rampant Golem

The story of the Rampant Golem speaks about of an out of control Adamantine Golem in the city of Zanarkan to the end of the Second Age that was in the end destroyed by the renown group of adventurers known as the Adamantine Band.
This legend is well known all around Andaria, partly thanks to the recording of Ehothilia and the late chronicles of Sir Terry, who wrote down the adventures of the party in the last years of their lifes, but also thanks to a vast variety of bardic interpretations of the incident. The most famous, respectively the most widespread narrative is as follows:

In the city of Zanarkan
Ravaged a Rampant Golem
Its fist shattering the city
destroying houses, walls and lifes.

To the rescue, came a party
of mighty valiant heroes
their names will be forever known
Adamantine Band forever!

The first to rush in was Sir Ervor
always coming to the rescue
suffering from the cries of help
the most gentle human there was.

Right behind: Ernit the Steadfast
His shield clenched in his left hand
Quickly analysing the risk
and how to save as many lifes.

A flash of lightning teared the air
Striking towards the large golem
Ehothilia shouting bold
drawing the attention to him.

Next to him straightend Adarant
itself on the rooftop and laughed
pulling its red lute from its back
encouraging all around it.

Sir Terry rushed into the fight
bombarding the golem with fire
and divine striking energy
illuminating the whole place.
