The Hylean Forest

A dense, dangerous forest covering most of Amarynth, the Hylean Forest is a place of legend, of magic, of treasure, and of adventure.

Geography

A dense mixture of oak and pine, with many small streams and a few large rivers flowing from the Hylean Mountains in the West, and into the Hylean Sea.

Fauna & Flora

The wildlife in the Hylean Forest isn't all that unique, as most of the species only found in Amarynth make their homes in the mountains. Instead, the true wonders of nature in this forest come in the form of magical creatures and ferocious beasts of legend, like Dryads, forest spirits, and a fabled Green Dragon.
