Timberway

A small lumber town. Timberway was first founded as a fort during the Horde Wars. Now it boast a population of over 1500 and is growing more every year. Friendly and hard working folk reside within the town.

Government

Timberway is under the rule of King Orin and follows the brightstone laws. Mayor Riverbranch oversees the town on a local level.

Defences

The wooden palisades around Timberway are 100 feet tall and have been enchanted to protect them from fire. Guard towers are at every corner of the town. These towers stand over a 100 ft and give the archers a wide range for their arrows.

Industry & Trade

Lumber is the towns number one industry with fur being its second. Most of the fishing down in and around Timberway is done for the local food market.

Guilds and Factions

The Axmen Guild, The Huntsmen Guild and The Mill Workers guild The Axmen are a guild of lumberjacks. They are led by Golhaun Greenbrin, a giant man even by Kordian standards. The guild controls all cutting of tress within the King's forest. The guild also sits the price of all the lumber shipped out of the town. The Huntsman are a guild of hunters. Lead by a Half Elven female named Nycofire the guild is responsible for all the hunting in the King's forest. The Huntsmen also patrol the kings forest looking for poachers. As The Axmen control the price of lumber, The Huntsmen control the price of furs. Most of the meat from the Huntsmen stays in town to help feed the citizens. Architecture

The buildings are made up of wood. No stone buildings at all. The walls a round the town are made of local wood.

Natural Resources

The most abundant resource is the wood form the EverTall trees. The wide range of animals that call the Kings Forest home make fur another valuable resource.
