Cuisines Around The World

"Hey, could you pass me the big cookbook? Cuisines Around the World? I'm thinking of making something completely new." -Nuit as he discusses dinner.
When humans from Earth moved to Amara, everyone from different ethnicities realized they would be neighbors. A Russian would be next to a Mexican, who would be next to an Egyptian, Next to a European. They also learned that they all had different recipes from their cultures, and were intrigued to share it with everyone. This led to the cookbook Cuisines Around the World. Alfie Simons produced and helped organize the cookbook in alphabetical order of the recipes, which was then sold worldwide.   The amount of copies that were sold were over 5 billion, and was greatly respected by the people of Amara.
