They are chosen by the Hörfäh and must be recognized and approved by the Referenten.

Responsibilities

The Phantast is the general of Gelaßenheit's armies, the overseer of both the Referenten and the next election.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Individuals cannot be the Phantast more than once and only be given the role once. However, if a Phantast dies or is deemed unfit for the position, the Hörfäh can select a new Phantast, or allow the previous Phantast to replace them until the next election cycle.
