Magical Munitions

Magical Munitions are bullets that have a one ore more Modifiers applied to either a mundane or Foundation bullet. Foundation bullets make up the bullet itself, and as such, each Magical Muntition can only have one foundation-type bullet. A bullet, either mundane or foundational can have any number of modifiers applied to it.
