The Exploit Modifier, when applied to a bullet, allowed the damage dealt to an enemy to be treated as if the enemy were vulnerable to the type of damage done by the bullet. If the enemy is resistant or immune to ANY of the damages the bullet does, the bullet will do zero damage.
