Kasos

Kasos is the northernmost provence of Provecta. It's most populous city is Gonti, and its capital and provincial seat of government is Smymra.
Kasos is home to the Kasos Forest, the only naturally occuring location where Lunar Sequoia grows, which reaches a height of up to 500ft. With the unique quality of requiring moonlight for photosynthesis rather than sunlight, the cold, dreary climate is perfectly suited for them. With the high population of Lunar Sequoia, the Kasos region provides a massive amount of lumber for both Provecta and Aluth as a whole.
