Indifference Charms

For creature-it-seems, Indifference Charms are the most useful, and the most valued, things they will carry. Simply put, these charms have a simple enchantment that erases all suspicion and focus directed towards the wearer, allowing creature-it-seems to blend in with non-magical society. It's not full invisibility, but it's close.   Overall, each charm is different, varying in size, shape, material, and monetary value, although the majority are small and easily wearable. Some people blend their charm in with the rest of their appearance, letting it be seen by anyone, while others hide it under clothing or in generally hard-to-see places. As a whole, creature-it-seems regard Indifference Charms as part of their skin, an extra layer that lets them have freedom and safety.

Significance

Indifference Charms hold an important place in magical society. It's extremely taboo and outright illegal to take another's charm- even touching another person's charm is frowned upon. Anyone who deals with magic or the magical world has one, and keeping it on is, especially for some, a matter of life and death. As with any other thing people wear, these charms also are a way to show off a certain aspect of yours, whether it be how much money you have or just a body part.

These charms are, as one would assume, extremely common. Along with being worn by every creature-it-seems in this plane, every enchanter worth their salt sells or at least can make these charms.
Raw materials & Components
An easy enchantment as any, Orla's Basic Guide To Enchantment, Part 1, describes the method and materials needed to create an Indifference Charm:
One wearable object, of any form or material, and the needed ingredients to channel an enchantment onto a solid object. For most, this summarily includes dust (can be replaced with ash for a stronger effect), crushed mirror, and a small bit of metal wire. The type of wire is inconsequential (despite the insistence of one such collection of vain and outlandish casters), although an inch, or two and a half centimeters, are needed. Intent and some channeling actions are, as always, required, and are dependent on your particular flavor of magical influence.
Thankfully, the author's description isn't that hard to understand, and her method does work. Through further experimentation, you only need a pinch of dust and mirror each for the enchantment to take hold, and copper or aluminium wire works perfectly. A beginner-level enchantment, indeed.
