The Order of the Blue Eye

Founded by the first King of Almsmanor, Aimeri, to help keep the king alive for as long as possible. Doing so takes up the life force of the members, and thus only extremely powerful mages are given the divine privilege to become a member of the Order. Because of this extreme sacrifice, these mages become Sages when they die.
