House Serous

According to early historical records, House Serous was founded on or around 8 Proxima, 13 EG/LL by Comadóir Quelveneck Quelevent Serous and his eternal Inmortui bride, Capitaine Lemesre Silouane-Serous. 5 years later, Quelveneck and Lemesre spawned and subsequently welcomed a new ethnicity with their newly found divine power - the Subserous Anima, whose earliest record examples are the twins Serous:

Mythology & Lore

Initially Anima, Quelveneck perished at sea and returned to Avalon as an Inmortui. Quelveneck is noted for doing the impossible and finding his purpose as the Comadóir De Toutes les âmes Mortes, passing Cridhe’s test and earning a second life as a god with his eternal bride/first mate and former Inmortui sea captain Lemesre Silouane-Serous. Animists pray to Quelveneck Quelevent for good winds to see the dead off as they Move On from the Offing of Lumières Mortes aboard his massive galley. Inmortui in particular pray to him for guidance on their path to a second life. Conversely, formerly Inmortui herself having drowned at sea with Quelveneck trying to reach the other side of Les Lumières Mortes on an expedition and found her purpose as La Sorcière Ar Muir guiding found souls to the other side of the Offing.
