Forth Haven

The trade city of Forth Haven is one of the largest cities of Ilis. The Forth Trading Guild controls a majority of all trade in the human kingdoms. Thus allowing Forth Haven to stay independent of any kingdom surrounding it.
The Forth Republic, consisting of the city and its surroundings, is ruled by the high council.
