The Mansus
The Mansus, also known as the House of the Sun, is a place or perhaps a concept where the Hours dwell in the illumination of The Glory. Humans can travel to the Mansus in their dream... and perhaps in other ways.
The lowest level of the Mansus is known as The Wood. It is the first level reached by mortals in dreams and may even be possible to physically arrive if one knows the route. The Wood is known to contain The Well and The Temple of the Wheel .
Above The Wood lies the four doors that grant access to the deeper reaches of the Mansus.
The White Door
The Stag Door
The Spider Door
The Peacock's Door
And above those doors sits The Tricuspid Gate, the true path to The Glory. A mortal armed with knowledge and courage can traverse The Mansus. There is much to learn and under the right circumstances, even some physical objects can be brought back through dreams. However, Hours are at their strongest in The Mansus, not barred by the distance and restrictions of the mortal plane. They can grant many a wish or reap horrid vengeance; one would do well to tread carefully before them.
