The Weeping Waterfall

There is a fresh water river called the Weeping Waters that is the only source of water in the city of Akram. The river flows from a magical source above the city pouring through the tiers of the city with multiple waterfalls throughout the city.

The greatest of these waterfalls is the Weeping Waterfall where the river falls from the heavens to meet the city. The waters of the Weeping Waterfall retain some of the divine magic that creates the river. Bathing in the Weeping Waterfall causes the effect of a Lesser Restoration spell.
