The Storm Tower

A tower that rises up through all the tiers of Akram. Serves as the focus for the Storm Skiff system and is home to the oracle, a 648 year old high-elf, that is the last known being to have lived in the world before the cataclysm.

The Storm Tower also houses a teleportation circle on each tier that can be used to travel to and from The Ranger's Gate.
