Elven District

After settling Akkadia, the elves began to feel a longing for their native forests, so they establised the southeastern district as their home, growing an extensive network of parks and gardens within the City's walls. Now, after a milennia, the district is almost indistinguishable from an old-growth forest under elven protection. Most homes blend in seamlessly with the plantlife, and paved roads, smokestacks, and noisy horse-drawn carriages are nowhere to be found.
The only "traditionally" constructed building in the district is the Academy Arcane's campus, which, due to fanciful elven aesthetics and magical aid, stands as a striking reminder of what the Academy stands for.
The Elven District contributes to Akkadia mostly through its magical services, including spell components, enchanting, and divination. This arcane might also serves as the district's best defense, which leaves the City Watch very little to do within its walls.
