Ventus, the First Avian
The first bird in Aither, and God to Aarakocra, Ventus takes the form of a roc, a giant bird, with a wingspan of well over 200ft, with deep amber eyes, with large, curved talons. At times, Ventus is shown to wear large pieces of plate armor around his lower belly and over his head, but, as a god that values freedom and spirituality above all else, is rarely shown in an environment of combat. Many of the temples atop the Foghorn Hills, which are run by the aarakocra monks, prey and follow the example of the free God, detaching themselves as well as they can to the materialistic nature of the world.
