The Field of the Fallen

The Field of the Fallen, a stretch of plains between the territory of The Martéan Empire and the Sahrian Union, is a land owned by neither side, littered with the remains of the battles between the two sides. The grass on the fields is beginning to fade, turning the once beautiful, green, flower covered plane land a dry brown. Much of the land is also no longer flat, with many half dug trenches being scattered throughout the area, with the dead being left there too. War has ravaged the land for two hundred years, causing the dead lands of the field to spread outwards, making it larger and larger after every battle.
