Kyra Lenthan

One of the few aasimar left in the world, Kyra fell out of favour with Afrid, the Goddess of Life when she was a member of The Sentinels of Afrid, and decided that she would, in her exile, seek redemption in her own eyes by aiding the people of Aither and prevent Enderfall. Kyra joined Algar Sondell's organisation of the Sentinels, becoming a High Commander among his forces, alongside Commander Yenros Karden, Calder Echarlion and Annoxis Bauden.

Identifying Characteristics

Kyra is a tall, well build, relatively human looking woman, seemingly in her late 20s. Her raven black hair is loosely braided on the right side, and drapes over her shoulder on the left of her head. She forgoes the use of armor, often simply wearing dark furs, forming a rough, sleeveless coat.

Personal history

One of the first to be created by the Goddess Afrid, Kyra was once a celestial at that aiding in enforcing much of Afrid's and Nimue, the First of the Fey's rule of early Feywild. Kyra eventually developed a rivalry with the archfey, Lyntel, and, even after Afrid decided to leave the rule of Feywild to mortals, moving to the celestial realm of Elysium, Kyra decided that she would finally end Lyntel's mischief. This disobedience led to Afrid banishing Kyra from Elysium, causing her to lose much of her power, and being unable to defeat Lyntel. In anger, she still tried, only to be outmatched at every single turn.
Eventually, Lyntel lost her body to the archmage Renna Fellon, causing Kyra to lose her purpose. After her rage subsided, The fallen Aasimar decided that she would no longer allow her anger to drive her, instead, wanting to make things right with Afrid. Spending a great deal of time travelling in The Material Realm of Aither, Kyra tried her best to understand the people that her former master had created. Around the time when Knaeva was foundered by Algar Sondell, Kyra became friends with Annoxis, and joined the Sentinels of Knaeva acting as one of their High Commanders.
