Mancier Commune
The Mancier Commune is a unified federation of skaven towns and city-states that formed after they broke away from Aka'dinen 30 years ago, over differences regarding the Civil War that began to rage in their homeland, Vertunn.
The Commune's notability comes from its charismatic leaders, the Mancier family (for whom the nation is named after), who have built strong rapports with many countries of Draelkmir, forming a web of allies and trade partners that has allowed their small commune to perpetuate a war of principles with the wealthy Aka'dinen for over three decades.
