The Wasteland

Once a series of small apartments for the merchant companies operating out of Kratas pre-Scourge, it is now a haven for drunkards and other addicts. The building is not a tavern per-se, more a number of small houses in disrepair with shared lots between them. There are dozens of Namegivers at any given time getting their fixes.
This area is owned by nobody, and most people give it a wide berth. However, there are about a half a dozen independent operators that prowl the area selling alcohol and other drugs to the inhabitants. Most of the "residents" are those on their last legs, and many have been driven insane by years of abuse. Some claim that many of the residents are Horror-tainted, while others were driven to drink by the Horrors. Of course, some of these souls might have knowledge of horrors or other info of interest to adventurers.
Garlthik One-Eye has little interest in clearing the area, as the residents are hurting nobody but themselves in his eyes. They aren't costing the Force of the Eye anything and would likely wind up else where anyway.
Some of the buildings have collapsed, so the Wasteland extends a bit into the Undercity . Beneath the Wasteland lives a deparved and filthy alchemist named Yoolgano the Distillar.
