Clifftop

Clifftop sits on the top of the mesa around which Kratas is built. This neighborhood once served as a sort of dock for airships traveling between Vivane and Parlainth.
One interesting rumor circulating Clifftop is that of a creature called the Shuffling Heap. None have seen this creature close enough to get details, but all reports say it appears to be an eight-foot tall walking clump of debris and goo. It is roughly humanoid, but has an indeterminate number of limbs and leaves and vines, or perhaps tentacles, covering its body. The creature is quiet and vanishes quickly. It is thought to be a giant bog gob or possibly a deformed ogre or cave troll. Some speculate that it might be a swamp elemental. Of course, others state it must be a Horror, even though it has harmed no one. Of late, sightings have increased and some reports suggest that the creature has been seen in the Undercity as well.
