Here follow the factions as they named themselves upon the signing of the Treaty. In all 4 factions, there are citizens of different races in about a 1 to 10 ratio in the main cities and 1 to 20 or less in the further ones. These immigrants are, depending on the hospitality of the faction and their way of life, almost always lower class citizens, yet they are not treated aggressively.
