Xelusian Bloodscript - Prompt #15 a lost or ancient language

Prompt #15 a lost or ancient language – Xelusian Bloodscript also called the Umbralingua  Aetherian and Xelusian descended from the same ancient for of the Aetherian language, however Temple Xelusian is almost a whole other language, they called it Bloodscript.
Only some of the symbols mean the same between the two dialects, but in Bloodscript every word has multiple meanings depending on the words before and after it, and a numeric value that further determines the meaning of the sentence. It is as much mathematical equations as it is language. In the ancient Kingdoms, only those who lived and served in the Blood Temples of Umbrahemos Templos on Xelusia and a few of the scholars and Oracles of the Temples of Light on Aetheria knew how to read Bloodscript.
However, on Aetheria during the reign of King Arxus, the knowledge of Bloodscript was declared profane and outlawed. To be caught using, speaking, or reading Bloodscript was considered high treason again the throne and the culture of Aetheria and punishable by death because of the foolish belief that merely reading Bloodscript would cause one to become a follower of the Devourer and the Shadows. Yet there were many including the King who had begun to use Xellusian Blood Magic to bolster their power. The secrets of the Xelusian temples, the Cruorlena and Umbrarex, and the Blood Mage Priest/Priestess sect were protected by the obscure language which took centuries for most to learn.   <^><^> After the Cataclysm War, only a few of the Dust Ghost Shadow beings of the Devourer's nebula know Bloodscript. Of Aetheria, the Oracle Lady Fluer of Adamos, Lady Arinni of Adamos, Former Queen Eonea, and the Mage Lord Shadz of Odini and Healer Lord Oren of Odini can read Bloodscript.
