Structure

Lucifer is the overlord. After the overlord the council beneath him manages the kingdom in his wake. Everyone has a set designated task that they accomplish- the most important tasks go to the ruler while the other tasks are delegated toward the council per their expertise.

Culture

The kingdom is a mixing pot of many different supernatural creatures and thus their morales and ethics are skewed due to them being diverse. Overall people from Mordor see people are skeptical and weary of outsiders and people not from their kingdom. They aren't hostile but they are very reserved, not even wanting to give information to people they do not know.

Public Agenda

To expand and grow as well as to prove itself as a powerful empire.

The population mostly consists of tieflings as well as many other uncommon and rare species.

Collective squadrons of captians leading regimes of specialized classes. Further broken down into platoons of roughly five regimes.

Stone Ocean

Mordor sees Stone Ocean as a slaver nation, and sees them as a threat since Mordor does not condone slavery.

Decadence

Mordor is somewhat hostile toward Decadence though they are willing to work with them toward greater goals.
