Kingdom of Broddvallia

A land to the southeast filled with evergreen forests, rolling hills and expansive and beautiful mountain ranges. This land is home to dwarves, gnomes and humans alike. The culture is primarily rooted in dwarven tradition. Under the empire they enjoy religious freedom to worship all of the dwarven pantheon in addition to that ordained by the Hirrynian Empire. The people here have endured many hardships throughout history and value strength and an adherence to tradition above all. Despite many Broddvallian's stern nature and wariness to outsiders, they can be the most welcoming and generous to family and those who have earned their trust. Bonds of trust are never broken and family comes first to a Broddvallian.
One of the most prosperous kingdoms in the empire. This land is ruled by the many clans of Broddvallia that have a great level of autonomy under the reigning clan of Sevrein, able to declare war with one another or enact their own policies and traditions. Many people are stoutly religious and observe all of the old dwarven holidays. Almost all people follow the teachings of Muradin, to such a degree that it may seem fanatical. The most devout to the faith fall under the jurisdiction of the Moonlit Sect, an organization that dictates what is right and what is wrong within the bounds of Broddvallia. This militant faith has a history of bloody history towards races and users of magic that fall outside the norm.
