Feyd Hengehold is the younger brother of Iria Hengehold, the younger sibling of the noble Hengehold house. He was recently kidnapped and held for ransom by brigands while escorting a shipment of fabric upriver.

Iria has always been the heir of the family and favourite child. Feyd has resented her for this, and worries that Iria doesn't fully appreciate his abilities. Feyd frequently chides her for being humourless and overly-serious.
