Enokai

The Enokai are a tribal people who inhabit the inhospitable Land of Nod, east of the The Tranquil Coast. They are the only people who know the secrets of Nod, and the only ones capable of surviving its brutal, arid landscape. They are sometimes traders, offering trinkets and artifacts from the wastelands in exchange for goods only that can only be found in civilized lands. Other times, they have been known to raid settlements close to border. They are fierce horsemen.
