The date that the Rho Senketh Bazaar first opened for business. It is also the time that the Guild that runs the Bazaar was founded.

After a few months of planning by the people that first spawned the concept of the Bazaar, the Bazaar finally opened for business on this date. The Guild is also said to have been founded on this date, though it is somewhat contested by Bazaar historians as Guild Masters were only observed about a year after the fact.
