The Frewen Guard

An elite group of soldiers in the direct employment and service of the king of Frewen and the royal family.
The Frewen Guard is higher in rank than the army and it's officers and commanders. The Frewen Guard answer only to the king. The Guard are reserved for important and/or dangerous missions that might prove to difficult for regular soldiers in the military. If something or someone would threaten the safety of the the royal family, it's up to the Frewen Guard to stop it/them.
The Frewen Guard live in special barracks around the city, stationed at every gate. They are not permitted to live at home with their families, for in case of emergency they must be ready and accounted for within minutes. In order to become one of the Frewen Guard, one must undergo rigorous training and graduate with distinction from the Frewen Echelon Military Academy.

Composition

Manpower

The Frewen Guard is currently made up of 200-300 elite soldiers.
Each barracks houses 50 Guard members.

Weaponry

Each member of the Frewen Guard is a specialist in their field of combat. Whether it be in hand-to-hand, or longsword, greatsword, doublesword, spear, bow and arrow, etc...
Each barracks houses multiple weapons of each class.

Vehicles

Each stable comes equipped with a large stable, with at least 2 Frewen Guard members who are specialists in horse riding, training, breeding, and combat.

Structure

There are 50 Guard member in a battalion, 100 members in a legion, and 200 members in a force.
