Frey

Down to earth and as calm as can be, Frey is the god of all things farming. He is a quiet man with a folksy kind of wisdom, taking all things in stride. Frey has always maintained an outlook of respect for the ground you work and the animals you raise. Frey values the simple life and the virtues of it; Patience, perseverance, respect, and temperance. He is a god of balance too, understanding that you must not only sow the seeds of growth but also swing the scythes of harvest. There is a season for all things, indeed. He is revered by farmers, of course, but also has a stable following amongst chefs, loggers and other people engaged with nature. Frey is most often depicted as an older male, with broad shoulders and a relaxed demeanor.
