Fairy Tale

Fairy Tale is a drug concocted from the nectar of the Pixie Plant Native to the fields in southern Khovasia.
First concocted by Elven Alchemists, they made the original drug as a method of heightening magical potential. Consuming pixie plant nectar is incredibly taxing, and the users of Fairy Tale will often wither away though gaining great mental fortitude and potential. It has a wide market throughout the whole Aenumariil, used by magic users before battle or during study, also used by peasantry to attempt to learn how to read, or even orcs with innate aggression and mental disability who use the drug to make themselves more fashionable in the cities and settlements of other races.
A common misconception is that Fairy Tale got it's name because of the Pixie Plant, in truth depending on where you are upon indulging the drug, you will hear the whispers on the wind. overdose survivors claim to have travelled between worlds and learned things unlearnable after their experience. Whether or not this is true isn't for certain, although whatever the victim had perceived is typically severely life altering. Many going as far as to commit suicide after being unable to return to the worlds they saw while under the influence.

Fairy Tale is a real problem in The Empire of Dyonicus and is growing a following in Anastaria as well. Kalanar is the main importer and producer of the drug, and their recipes for pure Fairy Tale cannot be matched. In fact some say that the entire reason Satyr mages exist is due to the mind altering drug.
