At the heart of the Fractured Isles, upon one of its largest islands, sits Port Lopside - the closest the Isles have to a capital city.

Demographics

A variety of sailors and fisherfolk. Some say pirates and smugglers, too.

Architecture

The port’s population has compensated for the building unfriendly geography of the island by constructing dizzying scaffolds of wood and old ships, woven together into a thriving haven for its inhabitants. The port itself is overshadowed by these buildings rising up from the island, with great distances bridged by vast arches.

Geography

The landmass of the island itself is a honeycombed mess of archways and seafront caves, worn over the years by the saltwater air and leaving an unimpressive amount of land suitable for building.
