Kleibaue

Kleibaue had for long been the largest and most economically prosperous city of the Ryne Monarchy, but major tempests, floods, and invasions have reduced its power and population significantly. Sitting on the southwestern tip of the Ryne Monarchy, it still serves as a connective port for trade to the southern continent. Sadly, many view the city with great superstition, seeing it as cursed, and it is not uncommon for the once-grand settlement to be referred to now as the Twice-Sunken City.
