Ad Rotae
One of the five major cities of Adastra other than Adastra City. Known as the entertainment capital of Adastra. Had a triumvirate presence in the Trials of Succession and one of the only named Triumvirates, Cicero, who met with Amicus after the Trial of Rhetoric.
