Amha'pena'tor

This is the leader of the Hono'totri, they hold legislative sessions, and are sent to advise the Amha'totri when not in session.

Pena'tor^(pen-a-TOR)

The Pena'tore is elected by the citizens of their district. There is one Pena'tor for each district. They have the authority to write and vote on new laws and regulations. They are only overpowered by the Amha'pena'tor, the head of the legislative body, and the Amha'Totri, the Queen.

Pena'tor Szeru'she^{(Pen-a-TOR |sz-e-ru-sh-ɛ)}

The Penator Szeru'she is a personal staffer of the Pena'tor, and while not having political power in their own right, they can influence and advise their employers. It is often that a Pena'tor hires a Szeru'she soley in their ability to advise on certain subjects.
