Dragonborn

Dragonborn are large humanoids with dragonesk features. They have no wings, but do possess powerful tails. Their name is decieving, as they aren't actually related to dragons. Though most Acana citizens don't know that, as they are not commonly seen.

Abilities

- Darkvision: Can see 60ft in pitch darkness

- Natural Strength: +2 to base strength roll in character creation. Can carry more weight than all other races. Can weild 2 handed weapons with one hand.

- Drake Scales: Naturally resistant to peircing, burning and acidic damage. +2 to resist.

- Can utilize large tail as a weapon. (1d4) bludgeoning damage. 5ft range. Must not be hindered by plate or chain mail.

- Fearless. Never has to make morale saving throws

Disadvantages

- Difficult to find armour that fits their size and around their tails

- Lizard Brain: -1 to intelligence and wisdom rolls during character creation

- Townsfolk are commonly afraid of them

- Seasick: Must make constitution rolls while sailing to see if they become seasick

- Can't ride draft or riding horses. Can't ride camals

- Warmblooded: -2 to constitution and survival rolls in frigid enviroments

Dragonborn are uncommon in Acana. Most decide to live near Harbin's grasslands and Githmore desert because of their warmer climates.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

Dragonborn's scales can be a variety of colors. Yellow and red are most common. Can also be blue, gold, silver, purple, white and green.
