Low Magic World
- Magic is controlled and generally distrusted among non-magic users
- Magic users are identified at a young age and taken to schools to learn their skills
There was a great conflict about 500 years or so between the humans and the elves. The elves, out of character, were the aggressors in the conflict attempting to wipe out humanity. Due to humanities lack of understanding of magic, they were caught well off guard during the conflict. Through the uniting of the human nations under The Center, they were able to push back the elves to their capital. After being joined by dwarf allies, the Alliance destroyed all elven cities. Many were captured and brought back as servants in human cities, others escaped and live in the wilds of the north east.
- Prejudice does exist, especially between the humans and elves
At this time, the world is growing and successful, with many groups seeking exploration and expansion.
