The Townmaster is the leader of Phandalin. An elected position that generally gets replaced once a year.

The duties of the Townmaster are limited. They are responsible for settling small civil disputes and not much else.

Benefits

Political Power over the town. It is the most powerful position available.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

They may willfully resign, or be removed by the disdain of the people.
