A short stubby man steps out of the keep gate, his black woolen overcoat almost scraping the ground. As he saunters over to you, you notice his plump face, his many gold rings, and his unsettling smile. He appears to have a proposition but under some strange conditions.
Rossolli DuPerdoce, Lord of Galecrest, is an inscrutable figure and, without a doubt, the most powerful man in Southern Habormar. Although not imposing, local residents will tell you of sinister plots and foul rumors surrounding his name.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Rossolli is short and quite obese. His pale skin is also splotched with blemishes and atrophied muscles. Many have compared his physical appearance with that of pig lard. Overall, he is anemic and unhealthy.

Rossolli's hair is a mess of incredibly greasy curls, and he always appears to be sweating.

When indoors, he often scuffs his feet as he walks.
Special abilities
Rossolli has a strange charm among ne'er-do-wells and thugs, able to rally people to his side even in a position of disadvantage. His skill in manipulation is unnerving.

Rossolli DuPerdoce was born with a silver spoon in his mouth as the heir to a shipping empire backed by the Pilfer Den. He expounded upon the family trade by furthering his connections with the Pilfer Den and participating in Taezalean politics. He came to own a large plot of land inside Galecrest eventually becoming a baron with numerous subjects working for his shipping company. With the sudden and questionable death of Lord Thaerin the Wolf, Rossolli was the first to step up as a replacement despite having to abandon his family trade.
Failures & Embarrassments
He was once married, but his wife died shortly after the birth of their daughter, Yannipir. Rumor has it that he was infecund, and Yannipir is illegitimate. However, some even theorize that his wife never died from birth; but rather, she was killed by Rossolli out of revenge.

Rossolli is well-educated and a master of manipulation. Many underestimate his ability to obtain resources and gather information due to his appearance which proves to be his strongest quality. He is also well-versed in history, literature, and business ethics and law.

Rossolli lives a hedonistic life and will do almost anything to gain a political or social advantage. He also values gold over the lives of his subjects. He believes that only the elite in status should rule, and classes exist to separate the superior from the inferior. Rossolli is enamored by Taezalean politics which typically involve famous and powerful influencers across Aarde. Although he is not impartially cruel, he will use whatever means necessary to achieve his goals. He is, in essence, a coward considering that he has always ever instructed others to do his dirty work.
