The Distortions in Saito's MRI

The MRI of Hiroka Saito taken from the Ongh Bach Clinic in Vietnam showed only a slightly greater than average presence of alpha brain waves, but within ordinary amounts. The file however has been distorted, the entirety of the 3D image twisted by ripples that leave it wavering.
Wildcat Askook took a look at the MRI and is convinced that this it is impossible that these distortions were made by arbitrary corruption. He struggles to decrypt the corruption but has identified that the rippling distortion mirrors some kind of displacement, but their exists also inside the corruption additional data - fragmented as it is it remains impossible to understand.
