Hiroka Saito was found on a bench outside of her workplace during lunch by a coworker who noticed her absence on February 20th, she was connected to the matrix but unresponsive. Two attempts were made to disconnect her both of which failed, the second of which cause a minor brain hemorrhage. She was taken at first to a municipal hospital in
