General Physical Condition

Though only now beginning to reach the sunset of middle age, Maribel has been withered by age, though still quite pretty in her own right. Her eyes have grown a bit watery, her skin a bit paper-like and delicate, and her hair from a more golden hue to a straw-like ash.

Apparel & Accessories

Maribel still dresses like she did when she was younger. Suits and blazers with padded shoulders, sometimes a hair or wrist band. It would mean she stands out everywhere but the office where she works, which is practically unstuck from time. Granted, most of her coworkers are about her age or older.

Her boss still refers to her as a youngster.

Maribel has the no-nonsense, high energy approach endemic to Hollywood's caricatures of the women of business in the 1980s. The difference is, she's the real deal. The growth of cellular technology has only made that more apparent, and she's just about always making calls and scheduling meetings.

Which is probably why she doesn't quite make time for her very successful clothing designer of a daughter. That, and there's been something a little off about said daughter ever since she got back from University...
