Lazarus Harlow
Sir Lazarus Harlow (a.k.a. Laz)
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Mask
Slight of build and more than a little roguish, Laz has the look of a punk and a roustabout too him. It doesn't help that he's got his hair spiked the way it is; not quite a mohawk, but with far too many points to be natural. Those roguish airs aren't helped along by the cold gleam in his eyes.
Mein
He's a devil, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, but he smells like freshly fallen snow instead of sulfur. His skin is the brownish red of brimstone, and his eyes like two burning coal. A pair of horns jut from his forehead, though they can be a bit hard to notice what with the way he's gelled that raven black hair of his into spikes.
Apparel & Accessories
Take a look at some men's fashion blogs with a special eye towards the futuristic/sci-fi end of streetwear, and you've got a pretty good of how Laz prefers to dress. It's more than just a fashion statement, though, everything he wears is designed for ease of movement. He even goes so far as to duct tape the elbows and knees like the nerd he is.
And nobody's ever seen him without that satchel he carries everywhere. Seems to have anything and everything he needs inside it.
Mental characteristics
Taboos
Lazarus is unable to enter a building without first being uninvited. Furthermore, he cannot accept an item from another person without also giving them something in exchange.
Personality Characteristics
Personality Quirks
Most of the other courts would describe Laz as "frustrating" and, truth be told, many of Winter would as well. He takes the court's secrecy to a whole new level, though he's far from malicious about it. Laz knows things, and he's got a habit of taking a liking to people. The problem is, when he tries to help the people he likes he rarely tells them why, or shares the things he knows, which just leads to confusion all around.
He's probably going for enigmatic, but he really just doesn't quite pull it off. The fact that every one of his gifts is coming from a literal devil surely doesn't help.
