Frank's moniker, The Wolfman, is not some sort of ironic jest or, as some might assume, the self-styled appellation of an edge lord. To the eyes of the Fae, Frank appears as a wolf. Albeit one torn straight from a B Horror movie. Glowing yellows eyes, snarling teeth, claws and all. He stands upright, of course. He is the bipedal sort.
Mein
To mortals, Frank appears as relatively unassuming. Terrifically pale thanks to an aversion to sunlight, and far too skinny to boot, he is the picture of what one might refer too as a nerd. Poor guy's even got a neck beard to go with it all. Not that he bothers shaving anyways, but he's a bit on the hairy side all over.
Apparel & Accessories
Frank doesn't care much for fashion. Old sweatpants, grease-stained sweatshirts, pajama bottoms and ratty t-shirts depicting 80s cartoon characters. He at the very least does not own a fedora.
Specialized Equipment
Frank is known to be a skilled forger, and is often called upon to craft fake documents for the other members of the Winter Court. In fact, he may be rather crafty in general. It's known that he has been called on to assist in creating Lamplighter Candles in seasons past as well.

Frank doesn't make many appearances at courtly gatherings, but it is known that Queen Holly Whittaker has cut some sort of deal with him. He performs one favor for the court each season, and in turn she doesn't expect anything else of him.

Personality Quirks
Frank is a shut-in. He rarely leaves his flat in Pett's Wood, which is monitored, 24/7, by camera systems he's had set up. He orders takeout, and lets the trash pile up in the halls.
How does he spend all his time in there, you might ask? Why, watching anime of course. His favorite is Spice and Wolf, but really anything and everything is on his radar.
