The Exion Family
History
Throughout the early mortal age the Exion family / name was well known across the Speackled Sea for their expert smithing ability. The Exion smithing prowess extended beyond just normal materials, such as iron and steel; the Exion name was known (primarily by wealthier individuals / military) for their obsidian weapons and armor pieces. These obsidian based pieces were half the weight of normal iron / steel while being just as strong. The swords made this way were able to be sharpened to a razors edge while being able to keep its strength for long periods between sharpening. The secret method used to make such pieces is kept secret and passed down through generations of Exions. Through their popularity across The Aisles for their craftmenship the Exion family has made numerous wealthy, powerful, and important conections. The Exion name was respected not only for smithing but also for being strong, wise, and trustworthy leaders. Much of the credit for the creation of The Allience can be given to the Exion family's political influence throughout The Aisles.
