School of Gladitorial Arts

SOGA or the School of Gladiatorial Arts is something of the sister school to the Mages' University in Fantalusia. Specializing in athleticism, physical fitness and the martial arts in all forms the school has trained some of the best fighters, archers, cavalry, long distance messengers, scouts, spies, if it requires non-magical talent this school is the source of the best in that field.
While a far cry from being it's own kingdom based at the southern end of Reedan the campus is essentially its own decent sized city between the student body, the faculty and all of the needed support staff like healing clerics, smiths, and more.
It rather appropriately sits within the borders of the Valley of Inspiration, the kingdom of the creative arts, but is largely left to self govern using the kingdom mainly just as an intermediary for formal interactions with other kingdoms and the imperial authorities.
Aside from the 4 great arenas and the Grand Coliseum where a variety of prestigious tournaments are held annually SOGA has every kind of training ground you could hope for. All forms of weather and terrain in magically recreated environments from the heart of a volcano to the icy peaks of the highest altitudes, deep waters to dense jungles, you name it. Running tracks, lifting equipment, obstacle courses, stealth courses, survivalist courses, even seafaring skills trained in partnership with Victoria.
Expertise is in no short supply with faculty comprised of retired military elites from a wide range of disciplines, experts on loan from the various kingdoms of the empire and even in a few rare cases from outside the empire, something the Mages' University would never allow in their halls.
