Shinto

The father of martial arts is a master of all forms. Able to strike at a moments notice, his strikes crack with lightning and seem unending. Able to strike with his many hands. It is said that Shinto was the only one able to stop Eres during one of his tirades. After enough quick strikes, he froze Eres in place long enough for him to calm. Shinto looks over any who practices the gifts of martial arts, doing his best to share the knowledge with them.

Sects

Otow Monks - colors - many - certain monks hold a devoutness to Shinto. They can mostly be recognized as their lack of weapons. Shinto is never seen with a weapon, so these monks follow that example literally. Followers of Shinto will always partake in a ritual of early morning tea. They will gather in dojos and tea houses and start their day off with a ritual known as the Chanoyu. After consuming the tea and finishing the ritual, they will proceed with their day.
