Duke Xotrios Drak'ash

Xotrios Drak'ash is a San'layn, aligned with the Loyalists forces. A knight of Quel'thalas in life, he fought under King Anasterian Sunstrider's leadership and was knighted during the last Troll War. He joined the Prince forces and fought for the Sunstrider's lineage to the day of his death, in Northrend. When the Thalassian army was scattered, his unit was picked by the Scourge and he and his aunt brought to be raised as undead in the Necropolis "Naxxanar". There, he was trained to become a deathblade of the Scourge. After the Lich King's demise, the knight retired in a settlement hid among the mountains of Icecrown, in Northrend, serving his Aunt, self-declared Countess. They named the place Tor Drak'ash. He was sent to search the scattered Loyalists' forces after the final death of Blood Prince Dreven, to try a different approach and gain allies....nowadays he fights for the Grim Gest, his path set behind that of Baron Morsteth Blightreek.   -All is known about the Drak'Ash house is scattered among records of an highborne family siding with the Queen to the end. -No records remaining about the Sin'dorei branch of the family. -Former soldier under Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider reign, died during the expedition to Northrend led by Illidan Stormrage. -Known by his kind and few bounty hunters to set sail on a black, twisted Sin'dorei interceptor vessel until his enlistment in the Grim Gest.

APPEARANCE:

The knight in front of you is definitely undead, though not decayed in the slightest. Dead pale, with a faint of life in the cheeks. His voice leaves behind a short, ghostly echo.   Often clad in crimson and black armor, and an onyx ruined cloak. A ceremonial, elven armor of old twisted and reforged by the dark arts. It still keeps, though, the motives and decorations of the time of its craft: Wyrm's scales and rose thorns, with rubies and onixes socketed on elbows, knees, and chest. On the armor, a various array of medals is displayed, each earned while fighting for the Loyalists forces.   "DRAUK'HAIN": Five feet long, Drauk'hain's aura was a testament to its age. A weapon made for Hatar'xi Drak'ash, when power flowed much more strongly through the world and when elves lived in eternal awe of magic and their Queen. One could tell that magic had been more abundant when Drauk'hain had been forged the first time. Fabled to be blessed, tempered by the dying breath of the Emerald companion of a dragon-rider, the runes over the blade had been carefully inscribed, to release its power and be wielded by no one else than a member of House Drak'ash. It was a weapon forged through grim determination, meant for a single reason and one only: to slay the demonic invaders. It had been passed down from father to son for generations until Nadhrion Drak'ash disappeared in the battle against the Amani when the crazed energies of a Witch Doctor's spell reached their apex. Only the sword, part of his armor, and steed were recovered and returned to his wife, for one of his sons to wield in defense of Quel'thalas. But Xotrios had failed, he died, he knew...and through undeath, resentment, and hatred Drauk'hain had changed, as its wielder did. If the shape had been untouched, unchanged on the surface...its roaring aura of blood and shadows betrayed the nature of he who reforged it: Dread-Captain, Baron Morsteth Blightreek.     "Circlet of Xasugoth": A crown alike circlet of otherwordly metal, it emits a dark passive aura, its proprieties unknown to everyone but the Knight.   "Truesilver Graal": A cup resonating of Blood magic.   "Demonic Ring": Nathrezim ring of an unknown metal, five magnificent crimson gems on it.

AS DUKE OF THE STYGIAN STAR

-Ever since his honorific title was earned, the Duke focused on acquiring all the Accursed stones of the Cosmic Crown of Terror, progressing slowly if effectively.
-His was the now ruined Far Scrying position above the Stygian Star.
-A conduit of hovering crimson crystals used to work as wards against lesser magic until the Necropolis was damaged by its crash in Northrend when the sky Shattered.
-He had two squires, both forsaken: Alfred and Reyner Autumnlake, of which only the latter continues training under the San'layn's tutelage.
-Known to have introduced Bloodletter Thorne to the blood arts, and Arnall Hollowtongue in a deeper knowledge of the Dark arts.
-Successfully Kidnapped a kaldorei, Alastrine, of the order known as the Dirge of Teldrassil. After a failure in negotiations, the elf was thrown down from the very balcony of the Necropolis...his fate unknown to the Duke until recently.
-Helped the Rotgarde after some of its members were cursed through ethereal blades and still considers the Nathrezim responsible for that as a high priority target.
-Was able to lead a blitz assault in Stonetalon mountains and Durotar, both successful.
