The Mystra is the mothership, capital city, and homeworld of the Sanctioned. At well over 100 kilometers long, it is the largest extant starship known to the Milky Way, and it has weaponry suited to its size. The ship and its accompanying fleet seem to wander through the outer rim of the galaxy, striking irregularly and quickly into near-empty constellations for a few weeks before retreating to the edge of the galaxy. What strange purposes its clandestine commander, the Augur ex Caelo, has in store for the Party remain a mystery.
